V Pearson(they/them) has been working and consulting as a facilitator, trainer, and community mediator in progressive community since 1993. The models they have been trained in and uses in their facilitation include the Alternative to Violence Project, National Coalition Building Institute, Training for Change, Beyond Diversity 101, Foundation for Community Encouragement, Non-Violent Communication, Feminist Liberation Theologies, among others. They have worked with community based groups and religious communities in Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Central Vermont, and New Haven, CT. Most recently they worked with Co-Creating Effective and Inclusive Organizations in New Haven, Connecticut, as a long-term consultant/capacity building training partner. Currently V works as Director of Organizing with Outright Vermont, the state's LGBTQ+ youth serving organization.
